Do you deliver worldwide?
How long does it take to receive my order?
We process all orders within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery will be made within 7 to 10 business days after shipping. Once the order leaves our warehouse, delays beyond our control may occur on the carrier's side. In this case, the best way to get up-to-date information on the location of your package and the estimated delivery date is to contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. ⚠️ Attention : Please note that providing an incorrect address at the time of purchase will inevitably result in delivery delays. Package returned to sender : If the package returns to our warehouse due to a delivery error, we will contact you at the email address provided. If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, we reserve the right to refund the order amount. This rule applies to all orders, including limited editions and pre-orders. Please note : In the case where an order is shipped in multiple packages, we can only refund the items that are actually returned to our headquarters.
